The ochre i use is a simple yellow ochre. For the violet, I use ultramarine and alizarin crimson. This is the material I use > a Cotman Water Colour Sketchers' Pocket Box (Winsor & Newton), a Pentel waterbrush and a Roller Uni Ball Eye Micro (black)

I am also about to switch from Schminke to Winsor & Newton. And regarding the waterbrushes: Noone really wants to sell them over last two years in Germany. Seems I have to order them, too ;-)
